David Mercier believes Dream Homes Do Come True. He can teach anyone how to get from where they're at to the Dream Home they thought was impossible. David is a Realtor serving Orange County and Long Beach, California. He works with first-time buyers, move-up homeowners, LGBTQ+ clients, and investors.
Most of his clients start working with him six months to a year and a half before they buy. He has always been a teacher at heart, and he treats the path to a Dream Home the same way he treats everything else: clear goals, a real plan, and someone in your corner who tells you the truth.
Before real estate, David spent 16 years in nonprofit work with orphans and foster youth in Russia, where he served as Country Director. He built after-school and job-training programs and trained local volunteers to run them. That work still shapes how he shows up today: patient, honest, and genuinely invested in the people he serves.

As the landscape in Russia shifted, he started selling real estate on the side. It took off fast. Same work, really. Helping people set a goal, make a plan, and change their life. The new classroom just happened to have a front porch.
