meet DAVID

David is an OC native who tried living in a few different places around the world, but came back to SoCal in 2016 and has been loving every minute!

He began investing in real estate in 2009 and that launched his obsession with growing equity and wealth through the housing market. Later, he got his real estate license in 2019 so he could begin helping other grow their own wealth.

Before real estate, David spent 16 years in non-profit work with orphans and foster children worldwide, leaving a legacy of hope and opportunity. As the Russia Director, he focused on developing after school & job training programs and equipping local volunteers to run them.
