Born and raised in Orange County with a some time spend in the Midwest, he brings SoCal expertise with a global reach, helping clients from Long Beach to London find their dream homes—with heart and hustle.

Before real estate, David spent 16 years working with orphans and foster youth around the world, running after-school and job training programs as a nonprofit director. That same passion for people drives everything he does today—whether he’s helping first-time buyers, move-up homeowners, or LGBTQ+ clients feel seen and supported.

When he’s not working deals, you’ll find David hiking SoCal’s trails, hanging at the beach, or building community through City Church Long Beach and other local volunteer opportunities.
